Augusta Heights Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Minister of Children and Youth. Augusta Heights is a "traditionally non-traditional" community of faith striving to love radically, live generously, and grow faithfully as we follow in the Way of Jesus Christ, rooted in values like community, hope, joy, honesty, inclusion and equity, justice and peace, gratitude and generosity. As the church has grown (currently averaging 160-170 people each Sunday), so has the need for a full-time minister for children and youth. After the retirement of our part-time children's minister, we are ready to continue that growth with a full-time position.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience and passion for children and youth, helping them discover and deepen their faith and explore more of who they are being called to be.
