Christine's Corner-Movie Night: An Evening of Fun and Fellowship

This Friday, October 30th, from 6:30pm-8:30pm, we will gather as a church family for some fun and fellowship as we have our First Annual Fall Movie On The Lawn. This is our first one ever, so I wanted to give you some information on how the night will go:

  1. Bring a chair/blanket. Since we will be social distancing during this event, you will need something to sit on to enjoy your time together.

  2. Bring your own dinner. Because of our guidelines for how we gather as a church, we are not currently serving meals at this time. So bring your favorite dinner and enjoy a nice picnic.

  3. Wear a costume. We will be having a costume contest so bring out your best ones to show off.

  4. Wear a smile! We will have a photo booth that you and your family can use to make a memory of the evening. This will be done one family at a time, so social distancing will still be taking place.

  5. Wear a mask. Even though we are outside, we are still asking you to wear your masks. This will help as we continue to follow the guidelines that our church has set in place for gatherings.

We will be watching the movie Hotel Transylvania. If you have not seen the movie before, Common Sense Media has this write up about the movie.

There will be bottle waters, popcorn, and another sweet treat for you to enjoy during the movie, all in individual containers. You will be given a treat box to take home as well!

We hope that you will join us for a wonderfully spooktacular evening with our AHBC church family!
